The container type electric heater has its insulation made of special ceramics, its heating element of nickel/chromium filament and shell tubing made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The product features safety and reliability, easy of maintenance, high efficiency and energy conservation and low power load at tube surface. It is mainly used in oil fields, chemical engineering factories, and oil storage; also used as protection against freezing and congealing, tempt holding, viscosity reducing and impedance reducing of viscous and heat sensitive liquid media in large storage tanks, tank trucks, troughs, hydraulic pumps and the media in gas containers in various industries. It replaces the conventional heating mode using steam and hot water and has the apparent advantages of energy saving low energy cost and so is an ideal heating equipment.
